Trend Workforce është aplikacion për menaxhimin e pranisë, orareve, pushimeve, pagave dhe burimeve njerëzore të bizneseve. Ofrohet nga TREND Solution, Republika e Kosovës ("ne"). Kjo politikë shpjegon çfarë të dhënash përpunohen, pse, dhe cilat janë të drejtat tuaja.

1. Kush është përgjegjës për të dhënat

Aplikacionin e përdorin biznese (punëdhënës) për punëtorët e tyre. Punëdhënësi juaj vendos cilat të dhëna futen dhe për çfarë qëllimi — ai është kontrolluesi i të dhënave. TREND Solution e ofron dhe e mirëmban platformën në emër të punëdhënësit (përpunues i të dhënave). Për llogarinë e biznesit dhe të administratorit të tij, kontrollues është TREND Solution.

3. Vendndodhja

Vendndodhja përdoret vetëm në lidhje me punën:

• Në momentin e hyrjes dhe daljes regjistrohet pozicioni, për të verifikuar vendin e punës.
• Për punëtorët në terren, pozicioni dërgohet gjatë orarit të punës — edhe kur aplikacioni është mbyllur ose ekrani është i kyçur. Në Android kjo shoqërohet me një njoftim të përhershëm. Ndjekja ndalet automatikisht me daljen nga puna.
• Jashtë orarit të punës vendndodhja nuk mblidhet. Punëtorët që punojnë nga shtëpia nuk ndiqen gjatë ditës.
• Pikat e rrugës fshihen automatikisht pas 30 ditësh.

Lejen e vendndodhjes mund ta hiqni në çdo kohë te cilësimet e telefonit; pa të nuk mund të regjistroni hyrjen dhe daljen.

4. Baza ligjore

Të dhënat përpunohen në pajtim me Ligjin Nr. 06/L-082 për Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale të Republikës së Kosovës: për përmbushjen e kontratës së punës, për detyrimet ligjore të punëdhënësit (evidenca e orarit, pagat, tatimet), për interesin legjitim të organizimit të punës, dhe me pëlqim aty ku kërkohet (p.sh. njoftimet, aplikimet për punë).

5. Me kë ndahen të dhënat

Të dhënat nuk shiten dhe nuk përdoren për reklama. I sheh vetëm punëdhënësi juaj (administratori, burimet njerëzore, menaxheri juaj) dhe ofruesit tanë teknikë që e mbajnë shërbimin në punë: strehimi i serverëve dhe i bazës së të dhënave, dhe shërbimi i njoftimeve (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service). Këta ofrues i përpunojnë të dhënat vetëm sipas udhëzimeve tona. Të dhënat mund të ruhen në serverë në Bashkimin Evropian.

6. Sa kohë ruhen

• Pikat e vendndodhjes në terren: 30 ditë.
• Evidenca e punës, pagat dhe kontratat: aq sa e kërkon legjislacioni i punës dhe ai tatimor, sipas vendimit të punëdhënësit.
• Të dhënat e kandidatëve: deri në përfundim të procesit të rekrutimit, ose derisa të kërkoni fshirjen.
• Pas mbylljes së llogarisë së biznesit, të dhënat fshihen brenda 30 ditësh, përveç atyre që ligji kërkon të ruhen.

7. Siguria

Komunikimi është i enkriptuar (HTTPS), fjalëkalimet ruhen të hash-uara, qasja kufizohet sipas rolit dhe veprimet kryesore regjistrohen në regjistrin e auditimit. Të dhënat e çdo biznesi mbahen të ndara nga të bizneseve të tjera.

8. Të drejtat tuaja

Keni të drejtë të kërkoni qasje, korrigjim, fshirje, kufizim të përpunimit dhe kopje të të dhënave tuaja, si dhe të kundërshtoni përpunimin. Kërkesën mund t'ia drejtoni punëdhënësit tuaj ose neve. Keni të drejtë të ankoheni te Agjencia për Informim dhe Privatësi e Republikës së Kosovës.

9. Fshirja e llogarisë dhe e të dhënave

• Punëtori: te aplikacioni, Profili → "Kërko fshirjen e llogarisë". Kërkesa i shkon administratorit të biznesit tuaj.
• Biznesi: te paneli i administratorit, Cilësimet → "Mbyll llogarinë e biznesit", ose me email në adresën më poshtë.
• Mund të na shkruani edhe drejtpërdrejt; përgjigjemi brenda 30 ditësh.

10. Fëmijët

Aplikacioni është për përdorim profesional dhe nuk u drejtohet personave nën 16 vjeç.

11. Ndryshimet

Kur kjo politikë ndryshon, versioni i ri publikohet në këtë faqe me datën e re të hyrjes në fuqi.

Privacy Policy

Trend Workforce is an application for managing attendance, schedules, leave, payroll and human resources of businesses. It is provided by TREND Solution, Republic of Kosovo ("we"). This policy explains what data is processed, why, and what your rights are.

1. Who is responsible for the data

The app is used by businesses (employers) for their workers. Your employer decides which data is entered and for what purpose — it is the data controller. TREND Solution provides and maintains the platform on the employer's behalf (data processor). For the business account and its administrator, TREND Solution is the controller.

3. Location

Location is used only in connection with work:

• At check-in and check-out the position is recorded to verify the workplace.
• For field workers, the position is sent during working hours — even when the app is closed or the screen is locked. On Android this is accompanied by a persistent notification. Tracking stops automatically at check-out.
• No location is collected outside working hours. Workers who work from home are not tracked during the day.
• Route points are deleted automatically after 30 days.

You can withdraw the location permission at any time in your phone's settings; without it you cannot check in or out.

4. Legal basis

Data is processed in accordance with Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo: to perform the employment contract, to meet the employer's legal obligations (working-time records, payroll, taxes), for the legitimate interest of organising work, and with consent where required (e.g. notifications, job applications).

5. Who the data is shared with

Data is never sold and is not used for advertising. It is visible only to your employer (administrator, HR, your manager) and to our technical providers that keep the service running: server and database hosting, and push notification delivery (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service). These providers process data only on our instructions. Data may be stored on servers in the European Union.

6. Retention

• Field location points: 30 days.
• Work records, payroll and contracts: as long as labour and tax law requires, as decided by the employer.
• Applicant data: until the recruitment process ends, or until you ask for deletion.
• After a business account is closed, data is deleted within 30 days, except what the law requires to be kept.

7. Security

Communication is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, access is limited by role and key actions are recorded in an audit log. Each business's data is kept separate from other businesses.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy of your data, and you may object to processing. Send your request to your employer or to us. You may lodge a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo.

9. Deleting your account and data

• Worker: in the app, Profile → "Request account deletion". The request goes to your business's administrator.
• Business: in the administrator panel, Settings → "Close the business account", or by email to the address below.
• You can also write to us directly; we respond within 30 days.

10. Children

The app is for professional use and is not directed at persons under 16.

11. Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its new effective date.
